Worship Devotional - "The Love-Intensive Work of God"

Jul 14, 2025

Key Scripture: "But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you." - Matthew 6:33

Reflection

The Christian life is all about experiencing God's love and establishing His Kingdom - both are equally exciting and cannot operate without each other. The love of God operating through the worshiper is the only basis upon which God will allow His kingdom to be built.

We must embrace God on a personal and intimate level before He will allow us to effectively build His Kingdom. The work of God is not labor-intensive; it's love-intensive. This completely changes our approach to serving God. Instead of striving to work for Him, we learn to love Him, and from that love flows effective service.
