Worship Devotional - Praise That Moves Mountains

Mar 11, 2026

Key Scripture: "Love never fails." - 1 Corinthians 13:8

Reflection

Everything submits to love. Nothing can withstand its presence, because God is love. Love is the most permanent and everlasting power in the universe, and it abides forever. Because love is above all things, all things bow in its presence.

When we praise, we must be motivated by one thing only—love. We praise because we love God so much. Praising God is our expression of love for Him from a heart of faith. When praise flows from this foundation of love, it becomes an unstoppable force.

Consider this: praise that is rooted in love, fueled by faith, and based on God's Word is the most powerful spiritual force available to believers. It enforces God's Word at the highest level. It lets the principalities and powers know they are defeated, regardless of circumstances. It demonstrates the celebration mode we are in because of Christ's victory.

This kind of praise cannot fail because it's built on love, and love never fails. This kind of praise moves mountains because faith works by love. This kind of praise transforms us because it brings us face to face with the God who is love.

Today's Challenge

Bring together everything you've learned in these devotionals. Let God's Word be your catalyst, faith be your substance, and love be your motivation. Offer God praise that is complete—Word-filled, faith-filled, and love-filled.

Prayer

Father, I offer You praise today that is rooted in Your Word, expressed through faith, and motivated by love. This is the praise You seek—and it's my privilege to give it. Let my praise move mountains, defeat enemies, and transform me into the image of Your Son. I love You with all my heart. Amen.

Breakthrough Praise -Todah
Key Scripture “Whoever offers praise glorifies Me.” — Psalm 50:23 Reflection The Hebrew word “Todah” describes thanksgiving offered before the answer appears. It is praise rooted in faith rather than visible evidence. Anyone can thank God after breakthrough arrives. But mature worshipers learn to thank Him while still waiting.
