Worship Devotional - "God Created You to Remember"

Nov 04, 2025

Key Scripture: "Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits: Who forgives all your iniquities; who heals all your diseases." - Psalm 103:2-3

Reflection God created you to remember His Word, and when you do, it has a healthy effect on your mind. There's healing power in remembering God's Word. The very act of remembering what God has done and speaking His promises creates health in your body and soundness in your mind.

The book of Proverbs tells you not to let God's words depart from your eyes or heart - in other words, don't forget but remember them. "My son, give attention to my words... For they are life to those who find them, and health to all their flesh." Remembering God's Word and speaking it continually over your life is like taking medicine.
