Worship Devotional - "How Close Can You Get?"

Jun 25, 2025

Key Scripture: "Draw near to God and He will draw near to you." - James 4:8

Reflection

Although God lives in everyone who has received Jesus as Lord and Savior, His presence isn't experienced the same by everyone. To some Christians, He might seem very far away, but to others very close. Ever wondered how close you can get to God? You are the one who decides.

Key Scripture: "You worship what you do not know; we know what we worship, for salvation is of the Jews." - John 4:22 Ā  Reflection Jesus made an amazing statement to the Samaritan woman. He told her that although she was a worshiper of God, she did not know the God she worshiped. This proves that it is possible to worship in ignorance. In fact, many people actually do, and their worship benefit...
