Worship Devotional - "You Are the Living Tabernacle"

Sep 18, 2025

Key Scripture: "After this I will return and will rebuild the tabernacle of David, which has fallen down; I will rebuild its ruins, and I will set it up." - Acts 15:16

Reflection The New Testament reveals a stunning truth: you are now the Tabernacle of Worship being restored. When Acts 15:16 speaks of rebuilding David's tabernacle, it's not just about restoring Old Testament worship practices - it's about you becoming the dwelling place where God's presence is celebrated with the same passion and authenticity that characterized David's worship.

David's tabernacle represented something revolutionary: worship without barriers, continuous praise, and intimate access to God's presence. Unlike the traditional temple system with its walls and restrictions, David's tabernacle was about relationship and celebration. Now, through Christ, you have become that tabernacle - a living sanctuary where worship flows continuously.

While He intercedes at the Father's right hand on your behalf, He is also united with you in song as you celebrate His victory. The end-time church is a praising chu...
Worship Devotional - "The Merry Heart That Sings"
Key Scripture: "Is anyone cheerful? Let him sing psalms." - James 5:13   Reflection When joy fills your heart, James says the response should be singing - specifically singing psalms. The word "cheerful" here means euphoric, ecstatic pleasure, a feeling that makes you want to explode with unrestrained joy. This joy needs expression, and God's chosen method is song. James is telling us to be so ...
