Worship Devotional - "Eternally Thankful"

Aug 08, 2025

Key Scripture: "Whenever the living creatures give glory and honor and thanks to Him who sits on the throne, who lives forever and ever." - Revelation 4:9

Reflection

In eternity, we see continuous thanksgiving being offered to God who is eternal. Psalm 30:12 declares that we will give thanks to God forever. We may not know everything that eternity will hold for us, but we do know that we will be eternally grateful to God - and central to everything will be our thankfulness for saving us.

This eternal perspective should transform our present gratitude. We're not just practicing thanksgiving for this life - we're developing habits of gratitude that will continue throughout eternity. Every expression of thanks today is preparation for the eternal song of gratitude we'll sing forever.
